About Your Workshop Coach…
Beko Kaygee, who is he?
Simply put, I am a lover of all things movement related. From Dance, and Aerial, to Martial Arts, and Yoga (and everything else in between)!
If we are to give it a label, it would be Mixed Movement Artist.
What makes you qualified to deliver this workshop?
In terms of actual certificates, there are way too many to list! Some of the more relevant ones would include: Calisthenics, Gymnastic Conditioning, Yoga, Mixed Movement Arts (including a module on Handstands), and being qualified to run courses, and “teach the teachers.”
However, I would not lead with that. Besides, all the paperwork in the world does not necessarily make you a good teacher.
No, my experience speaks for itself. I have been teaching movement modalities for 33+ years. In that time, I have helped hundreds of people to achieve their goals, in groups or through private tuition, whether in movement, fitness or weight loss. I have trained thousands of instructors through masterclasses, workshops, short courses, and teacher training programmes. And on a larger scale I have shared movement with over a hundred thousand people worldwide at retreats, seminars, expos, conventions, and charity events.
This workshop draws on those 33 years of teaching, and close to 40 years of studying, and researching. It features the best of a variety of disciplines, with the things that don’t work, and the less useful stuff filtered out. So, this will save you time and money!
In regard to Handstands specifically, I have helped in excess of 80 enthusiasts to nail their 1st handstand, and many have gone on to run their own handstand courses! For a student to surpass you is a good teachers ultimate dream!!!
You could be next, and I would love to help you get started on your journey into handstands… So come and join me!
